Our Food

There's a particular kind of cooking I love—the kind that fills you up in more ways than one. I cook the soul-filling food that a grandma would, but in a modern and beautiful way. Because for me, the food must be beautiful and delicious, but what matters most are the people at the table enjoying a moment with each other.

I'm obsessed with vegetables. Playing with fresh produce, coaxing out flavor, creating something delicious from what the farm gives us that morning—that's where the joy lives. Simplicity is everything. Less is more. Simple is delicious.

Our menus are built on what the land offers: peak-season produce, heritage meats, ingredients that tell a story. Every dish carries the care of the farmer and the creativity of the chef.
